What's Happening - December 2017
Events at Common Ground
Propel ICT and Common Ground invite you to join us in St. John’s for the NL Local Demo Day on Thursday December 7th where the Fall Cohort companies will pitch their businesses. If you are looking to invest, work or partner with new technology companies, this is a must attend event.
Tickets are required for this event!! Learn how to prepare for and handle difficult conversations to maintain productive, positive relationships with clients, employees, and vendors. Whether you’re telling a client the project is over budget or providing performance feedback to an employee — difficult conversations are inevitable and necessary when you own a business. Knowing how to navigate a difficult conversation will ensure that you are able to have those challenging, yet important, conversations in a way that allows you to reach your business goals while preserving relationships. During this interactive session, business owners will learn strategies to confidently deal with difficult conversations.
